Refund Policy

1. Free Trial Policy

New users may be eligible for a trial period of the Bet Better Pro subscription when offered from time to time. Eligibility rules apply. Upon completion of any trial period, your account will automatically be charged the weekly subscription fee unless the trial is canceled prior to its end. We do not issue refunds for users who fail to cancel before a trial period concludes. If a trial was offered, a reminder email will typically be sent before the trial ends.

2. Bet Better Pro Subscription

The Bet Better Pro subscription is billed weekly. Billing occurs every week from the initial payment date or the date your trial converts to a paid subscription. Users must cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle begins to avoid being charged. Refunds are not issued for charges made after a trial period or during an active billing cycle. All sales and subscription renewals are final.

3. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their Bet Better Pro subscription at any time by visiting the account settings section of the website. Alternatively, cancellations can be processed by contacting customer support at support@betbetter.world. Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle starts to avoid additional charges. Once a billing period begins, no refunds will be issued for that cycle.

4. Refund Exceptions

While Bet Better generally adheres to a no-refunds policy for paid subscription periods, exceptions may be considered in rare cases of:

• Billing errors resulting in overcharges.
• Extended, unexpected platform outages significantly affecting core service delivery.

Requests for refunds under these specific exceptions must be submitted via email to support@betbetter.world. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Bet Better's sole discretion.

By subscribing to the Bet Better Pro subscription, you agree to the terms of this refund policy. We do not provide refunds or credits for any reason other than the explicit exceptions listed above, including for unused services or missed cancellations.
